主讲嘉宾简介

田皓文，会计学 & 管理学双博士，毕业于香港城市大学与西安交通大学，中国注册会计师。现任西北工业大学管理学院会计系副教授、硕士生导师。主要研究方向：机构投资者、信息披露、公司治理、供应链治理、CSR或ESG等。在Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Journal of Business Ethics, Energy Economics, 会计研究等国内外知名SSCI/CSSCI 期刊发表论文十余篇，其中第一或通讯作者 8 篇，FT50 期刊 2 篇，ABS3 期刊 6 篇。担任Journal of Business Ethics (FT50), International Journal of Operations and Production Management (ABS 4), Economics Letters、International Review of Financial Analysis (ABS3)等多个SSCI期刊匿名审稿人。

讲座主要内容

Using a Chinese sample ranging from 2015-2020 based on a DiD design, we find that medium-term lending facilities (MLF) collateral expansion leads to an increase in corporate environmental information disclosure. This relationship is more pronounced for non-state-owned enterprises, for firms with heightened financing constraints, firms in less transparent information environments, firms in high-energy and high-polluting industries, and for regions with stringent environmental regulation enforcement. The results remain unchanged after a battery of robustness checks, including parallel trend analysis, placebo test, alternative dependent variables and fixed effects. As the global economy continues to grapple with the dual challenges of economic growth and environmental sustainability, this study can offer valuable insights into the potential of monetary policy as a tool for promoting green corporate practices.
