    王啸天,心理学博士,毕业于华东师范大学心理与认知科学学院,江南大学商学院讲师。主要研究领域为组织行为和人力资源管理,包括员工主动性、领导力、社会认知等。近年来在British Journal of Management、Journal of Organizational Behavior、Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology、International Journal of Human Resource Management、Human Performance、心理学报等国内外期刊发表论文十余篇。担任Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology、Management and Organization Review等期刊匿名审稿人,2024 Asia Academy of Management Conference(AAOM)审稿人。
