"When the coffee encounters a dream" The ninth MBA Innovation Entrepreneurship Forum was successfully held

On the afternoon of October 21, the ninth MBA Innovation Entrepreneurship Forum, hosted by the MBA Education Center and co-organized by MBA Alumni Association and Federation, was successfully held in Room 205, Wenhao Science Museum, Jiangnan University. This forum, whose theme is "When the coffee encounters a dream", invited Ms. Yu Chao, the chairman of Jiangsu Jinyi Fu Food & Beverage Management Co., Ltd., the introducer of Malaysia Old Street White Coffee into China Regional Project and MBA business mentor of Jiangnan University ,and Ms. Tang Yuchen , the chief operating officer of Jiangsu JinYiFu Restaurant Management Co., Ltd and Ms. Yu Yue ,the director of Jiangsu JinYiFu Food & Beverage Management Co., Ltd., and Mr. Tang Jie, the director of MBA Education Center, and more than 170 MBA students and alumni to attend the forum. WangYang from the third class of MBA 2017 presided over the forum.

Yu Chao shared the experience of the entrepreneurial product selection, entrepreneurial experience, the company vision, and business proposals. She introduced the story of the entrepreneurial squad: the three founders respectively flew from Paris, Hong Kong, Shanghai, directly to Malaysia for the dream, and after a month of professional analysis and field visits, she made the investment choices. She discussed the feasibility of coffee industry development with Starbucks as an example, based on the development overview of the present situation and data analysis of coffee market in China. Miss Yu believes that brand building, brand positioning, customer positioning, joining investment, store location and a series of problems are very challenging for the start-up team. She has repeatedly stressed the entrepreneurial team of professionalism for the entrepreneurial process of the impact and significance. In addition, she also made recommendations on the quality of entrepreneurs, proposed entrepreneurs to put the physical quality first and have management experience, analysis and decision-making ability, foresight and organizational coordination and so on. She pointed out that it is best to accumulate experience for a period of time, and do a good job of feasibility analysis and risk estimates and other necessary preparations before starting the business.

After sharing the entrepreneurial experience, MBA students and alumni interacted with Ms. Yu in a positive way, which brought the forum atmosphere to a climax. At the end of the forum, Mr. Tang Jie summed up .He expressed his gratitude for Ms. Yu 's wonderful speech, and invited Yu Dong as MBA business mentor for Yu Dong’s rich work experience to share with MBA students. At the same time, the MBA center and JinYiFu Co. strengthen the depth of cooperation through the implementation of MBA integration practice courses, and not only provide a lot of practical opportunities for MBA students to enhance the ability to solve the problem, but also enriched the MBA innovation and entrepreneurship characteristics of Jiangnan University .
