On the afternoon of March 27th, the selection competition for the 14th National College Student E-commerce "Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship" Challenge was successfully held in Room 119 of the Business School at Jiangnan University. The competition invited Professor Zhu Jinwei from the Business School of Jiangnan University, Deputy Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Counseling Committee, Secretary-General, and Chairman of Wuxi Runzi Investment Co., Ltd., Chen Zhirong, Entrepreneurship Counselor of the Business School of Jiangnan University, MBA Mentor of the Business School, and Founder of Wuxi Xishan District Weili Bi-da Management Consulting Center, Zhao Shujin, Director of the Practice Teaching Center of the Academic Affairs Office of Jiangnan University, and Associate Professor of the Business School of Jiangnan University, He Jiafeng, to serve as the judging experts.
Before the competition, Vice Dean of the Business School of Jiangnan University, Liu Yong, delivered a speech for the competition. Liu Yong warmly congratulated the launch of the 14th Three Creations Competition at Jiangnan University and expressed sincere gratitude to the leaders, teachers, and students who attended and participated in this year's competition. He emphasized the spirit of the competition, "strengthening innovation consciousness, guiding creative thinking, exercising entrepreneurial ability, and advocating teamwork," and wished the participants good results. Subsequently, Professor Zhu Jinwei, the head of the judging panel, read out the competition rules and evaluation criteria, requiring the judging experts and all participating teams to strictly comply with them.
A total of 22 teams participated in the campus selection competition, among which 14 teams entered the finals of the campus selection competition and conducted defenses to compete for the qualification to advance to the provincial competition. The participating teams focused on hot topics such as e-commerce, tourism e-commerce, intelligent services, and intangible cultural heritage inheritance, fully combining professional knowledge with market practice, and demonstrating the innovative spirit of college students in the competition. The judging experts provided comprehensive and detailed comments on the overall performance of the participating teams and the focal issues of the projects, offering valuable suggestions.
This competition not only provided students with opportunities to showcase their talents but also promoted communication and cooperation in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, demonstrating the achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship education and teaching at our university. It further inspired the enthusiasm of college students for innovation and entrepreneurship, created a good atmosphere for promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship, and laid a solid foundation for students' future career and employment choices.
