The School of Business Holds 2024 Spring Special Job Fair for Graduates

Spring Breeze Welcomes Hundreds of Job Opportunities, Employment Opportunities Right on Time. On the afternoon of March 29th, the 2024 Spring Special Job Fair for Graduates of the School of Business,Jiangnan University was held in Room F105 of the North Campus Student Activity Center. In order to further build a communication platform for mutual selection between enterprises and graduates, the college actively connected with over a hundred companies such as Far East Holding Group, Jinshan Environmental Protection, SF Express, Guolian Securities, Yadea Technology, and Ningbo Bank based on job matching, enterprise types, and student job-seeking intentions. More than 50 well-known companies were successfully invited to provide 1760 professional job positions tailored to business graduates. The event attracted 326 students, effectively assisting students in high-quality and comprehensive employment.

During the job fair, Pu Xujin, the dean of the School, and Xu Jing, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice dean, went to the venue to have cordial discussions with business leaders and job-seeking students, deeply understanding the talent needs of employers, and expressing gratitude to all companies for their support in the employment work of the college. At the same time, they understood the job-seeking demands of students, helped them with career analysis, encouraged students to clarify their job-seeking goals, seize opportunities, and make precise career choices.

Companies participating in the event displayed promotional stands and recruitment brochures in front of their booths, actively introducing detailed information to students about company philosophy, recruitment positions, functional requirements, salary packages, interview processes, and career advancement paths, while patiently answering students' questions one by one. The atmosphere on-site was warm, and many graduates reached preliminary employment intentions with employers. In addition, some students with a strong desire for internships came to the event to further understand the professional employment prospects, plan their own career paths, actively consult and communicate with corporate units, and gain fruitful insights.

With the warmth of spring, the job fair attracted a large crowd, creating a lively atmosphere for job-seeking. Employers and job-seeking students conducted mutual selection and understanding, enhancing the employment opportunities for graduates with high quality. In order to ensure the success of this large-scale offline recruitment event, the college conducted precise one-on-one communication with employers, deeply understanding the talent needs of enterprises and the basic situation of our graduates, and providing high-quality services to recruiting companies. The Business School has long been actively expanding school-enterprise cooperation resources, establishing internship and employment bases for students, and creating more high-quality employment opportunities. The college is committed to organizing large-scale spring job fairs for graduates to enter the school, establishing channels for targeted recommendation of graduates with employers, improving the success rate of job seekers, and boosting students' confidence in job hunting.

For a long time, the Business School has attached great importance to the work of college students' further studies and employment.
